Austin Webber

Austin Webber is an associate attorney performing transactional, corporate governance, and commercial real estate services for clients. He assists clients in all stages of their business, from initial start-up, to growth and acquisition, and to the sale of the business upon exit. He advises owners, directors, and managers of businesses on a myriad of matters, including business structure, acquisitions, sales, financing, employment contracts and compensation, commercial service contracts, developing company policies, commercial leases, title matters, 1031 exchanges (and reverses), and other day-to-day operational issues.

A cornerstone of Austin’s practice includes representing privately owned medical and veterinary offices, in the small to middle market, whether individual owners or group offices such as dental service organizations (DSOs).

Being raised in a family which operated a small business, Austin understands the importance and relief that effective counsel can provide. With his thorough understanding of the law, he takes a holistic approach in developing strategies to minimize risk and maximize opportunity. Austin takes pride in developing strong and long-lasting relationships with his clients, tailoring advice to help clients make informed decisions and achieve their business goals.

Outside of his legal practice, Austin enjoys spending as much time outside as possible, whether at the dog park, running, golfing, or rock climbing.
